Domain owners must keep their Whois records accurate and up-to-date. As a registrar, 1Byte is responsible for ensuring compliance and investigating any reported inaccuracies.
Intellectual Property Violations (including DMCA)

This covers any infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, and patent violations. The DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) is a US law specifically addressing online copyright infringement.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

CSAM refers to any image or video depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity.
